Tim Heichelheim (aka Mr. H) is the Director of Bands at Skyview High School. He earned his Bachelors in Music Education and Masters in Education (Curriculum and Development) from Portland State University.
Tim marched Seattle Cascades 2004-2006 then continued to march Santa Clara Vanguard 2007-2009. After aging out, he was the lead percussion visual instructor for Spirit of Atlanta 2010-2011, and then served as the assistant visual caption head for the Crossmen 2013-2015. Currently, he is a consultant and an instructor for the Madison Scouts. Tim has worked with many high schools in the Portland Metro Area and is part of the design staff and instructional team for Affinity Indoor Winds.
Tim is also a freelance musician around Portland as well as the band leader for The River City Riot! Brass Band.

Rachel Rose is the Dance Team and Color Guard Director at Skyview High School. She graduated from Skyview in 2015 with four years experience, spending her senior year as a captain for the dance team.
In 2014 and 2015, Rachel spent her summers marching with the Oregon Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps. The moment she came home in 2015, she moved to Yakima to start her teaching career at West Valley High School. After directing there until the end of 2018, she decided to move home to Vancouver, where she primarily taught with Southridge High School in 2019. She has done freelance work for many schools throughout the Northwest and teaches online clinics when she gets the chance.

Josiah Nelson has been teaching in the northwest for about 10 years. He got his start teaching his alma mater, Ferndale High School in 2011. He Moved to Vancouver in 2015 and has been working with numerous percussion programs since.
Josiah has marched Drum Corps for a total of 5 years, beginning with the Seattle Cascades from 2009-2011, Blue Stars in 2012, and aged out with the Oregon Crusaders in 2013. He also marched with OC Indoor from 2013-2015, and joined the staff the next year. After aging out he worked for the Oregon crusaders from 2014-2017 as the snare tech. He joined the Seattle cascades staff in 2017 as well, and still works with them serving as the battery coordinator.
Currently Josiah works as the percussion director for Skyview High School and Alki Middle School. He also works with Lincoln High School’s winter percussion serving as their visual designer.
